Small gaps can be filled with a high-quality filler, but larger issues may require replacing damaged sections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Check Moisture Levels<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Moisture is vinyl&#8217;s arch-nemesis. Too much dampness in concrete or wood subfloors can lead to adhesive failure or bubbling. Test with a moisture meter to measure the relative moisture content: it must be less than 2% for wood and less than 75% RH (relative humidity) for concrete.
