Our website has been optimised to provide you with the best experience no matter what device you are using.
We open daily from 10:00am to 18:00 pm and on Saturdays 10:00am to 14:00 pm. Our sales team on site will be pleased to see you in person and give you the best advice for your flooring.
Feeling and viewing a sample of your flooring choice is always better than online, although we know the convenience of digital.

Please note that all our calls are recorded for training purposes, so if you have concerns, kindly mentions that to the staff member upon calling.
An order confirmation that includes the items and services you purchased will be sent to the email used when placing the order. To follow up or should you have any query in the future related to your order, please share the order number with our customer service department. You can either collect your items from our store in Islington, 208 Essex Road, N1 3AP or wait for the delivery to be arranged Collection for flooring orders within 3 to 14 working days, from placing the order. A member from our customer service department will be in touch with you to update you.
At Floor direct we accept most major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta / Connect and Maestro. We do not accept AmEx payments. In-store, payment options include cash payment or bank transfers only.
Floor direct website utilises Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology to encrypt all data to ensure that both your personal data and payment card data are safe. Further, all payments are processed using an independent company’s secure payment processing system meaning that Floor direct do not see, or have access to, or store any of your payment card information. For additional security, Floor direct utilise Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard® Secure Code (MSC), often referred to as 3-D Secure or Payment Authentication.
Most of the flooring materials are manufactured outside the UK. Floor direct do not have a control on stock levels and in rare cases some items are discontinued but they might be still available on site. If the client placed an order for an out of stock or discontinued item, Floor direct will offer a similar/ like for like product range to replace and if the client does not prefer the alternative choices, then we will process a refund for the order- Please check our refund policy.
Once orders are confirmed and placed online, unfortunately it cannot be cancelled. Floor direct will not refund any cut to size flooring material, however for flooring that comes in packs if the stock is not discharged for delivery, cancelling the order is possible and re-stocking charges will occur – Please contact our customer service department to find out more about the charges.
The delivery address cannot be amended online. If the client wishes to amend the delivery address, please call our customer service department to find out if any charges apply.
